		<title>Sunday dinner</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Nothing appealing today due to me being in the kitchen making Moussaka. Not a true moussaka but my take on the dish.
fried mincemeat, onion, carrot and mushroom.
Tomatoes,rosemary,thyme,oregano,cumin,garlic,nutmeg and a pinch of paprika.
A layer of parboiled thinly sliced potatoes sauteed in olive oil, covered with a cheese sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese baked for 40 [...]]]></description>
