This was the subject that caught my eye today whilst out and about around the barrow bridge area of Bolton. It is the remains of the Barrow bridge mill. Sunday dinner
Nothing appealing today due to me being in the kitchen making Moussaka. Not a true moussaka but my take on the dish.
fried mincemeat, onion, carrot and mushroom.
Tomatoes,rosemary,thyme,oregano,cumin,garlic,nutmeg and a pinch of paprika.

Smoke without fire
Today was another cold day here in Horwich Bolton but after wrapping up I took the high road again to the pigeon tower up on Rivington moors. This is the view from halfway looking west -ish.taken at 2 oclock
